A company is looking for a Technical Sales Architect focused on Developer Platform & Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Enable pre-sales engineers on integration architecture and minimize customer escalations

Guide customer architecture decisions related to Zoom developer best practices and third-party integrations

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather market feedback and connect capabilities across platforms

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or sales engineering

Good understanding of integration architecture and iPaaS platforms

Ability to write and debug code in languages like Python or JavaScript

Fluency in AI-assisted development tools and understanding of workflow orchestration patterns

Able to present complex architectures to both technical and business audiences
