Primary Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives. Engage in business development activities and solicitation of new business products.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential. Actively instills and maintains a positive sales environment through education of the Bank's products and services; motivates and monitors team in cross selling and product presentation.
• Customer Focus : Ensure the delivery of superior customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This includes applying superior decision-making techniques pertaining to inquiries, approvals and requests as they apply to existing policies and procedures ultimately striving for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on sales and customer excellence.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
