What we are looking for in a Structured Cabling Technician :

• Hands-on experience as a cable technician or in a similar technical role
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including switches, firewalls, LAN, and WAN environments
• Strong resourcefulness and a knack for creative problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and positive demeanor
• Proven track record in high-traffic, customer-focused environments
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond expectations
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a variety of applications, tools, and services
• Consistently demonstrates professionalism in both attitude and appearance
• Awareness of team dynamics and how changes may impact colleagues and customers
