About the Role

The Hotel Assistant Manager supports in directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office, Telephone, Guest Services, Guest Relations and Concierge Departments to create a special welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

What You Will Do :

• Ensure the smooth registration and cashiering functions of the Front Office.
• Oversee a team of Assistant Managers and Front Office staff, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, and special requirements.
• Reviews daily arrivals, VIPs, special request, group needs, room assignments and coordinates with Housekeeping Department the needs of guests.
• Support in communicating with the Director of Revenue / Reservations Manager on room availability and selling strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue and rate.
• Handle any guests' issues or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner, ensure they are resolved and followed through in the most appropriate and best manner

This role is a full time, on-site role. Must be flexible with schedule Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evening / overnights if needed.

Compensation :

81,000 - 83,000 Annual Salary
