The Role

We're seeking a Head of Business Development & Partnerships (Founding Role) to join our core team. This is not a standard job — it's a chance to help build a beverage brand from the ground up with meaningful equity.

You'll leverage your industry expertise and connections to unlock opportunities, guide strategy, and accelerate growth. As a founding leader, you'll have a hand in shaping Palace Beverages\' future while driving revenue and long-term partnerships. For the right candidate, there is also the option to participate as a strategic investor, aligning even more closely with the brand\'s success.

Responsibilities

• Open doors across distribution, retail, on-premise, and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Build and manage key relationships with distributors, retailers, buyers, and strategic partners.
• Define and execute business development strategy aligned with brand vision.
• Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market strategy, sales plans, and brand positioning.
• Represent Palace Beverages as a founding leader in the industry.
