What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of full stack, and AI engineers from top-tier tech companies.
Partner with engineering leaders to deeply understand role requirements and craft compelling candidate pitches.
Drive a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Maybern's values.
Track recruiting metrics and refine processes to ensure speed and quality in hiring.
Get creative with sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top engineering talent in a competitive market.
Vet and leverage AI tools to improve our recruiting processes.
This Could Be a Great Fit If You
Have 4+ years of experience recruiting for top engineering talent at high-growth, VC-backed startups or top tech companies.
Bring deep knowledge of the NYC engineering landscape, with a strong network and instincts for where to find the best talent.
Have successfully hired software engineers at all levels.
Are highly skilled at managing the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to closing offers.
Love experimenting with AI tools and have used AI to improve efficiency within the recruiting function.
Are energized by working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where every hire has outsized impact.
Are experienced in navigating competitive markets and building trust with technical candidates.
Have experience with Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
