We’re looking for a skilled, proactive Real Estate Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist who understands the real estate wholesaling process from the first seller call to the final deal closing and can help manage communication between sellers, buyers, and partners.
As a Cold Caller and Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact in the wholesaling process identifying motivated sellers, gathering property details, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the acquisitions and dispositions teams to bring deals to closing.
You’ll also help maintain smooth communication among all parties involved sellers, title companies, buyers, and private lenders ensuring documents are sent, signed, and filed accurately.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 6 months of cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (real estate experience preferred).
Skills :
Excellent spoken English and confident phone communication.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus).
Availability : Able to work during U.S. business hours (EST time zone).
Equipment : Reliable internet, headset, and quiet work environment.
