Location : Spearfish, SD

Pay : 100k / year +++

What Were Looking For :

Were searching for passionately driven individuals who are eager to excel and ready to grow with us.

Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus, but not required!

A construction background (bonus points!)

Comfortable entering crawlspaces beneath homes

Demonstrate a growth mindset being open and receptive to coaching and role play

Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills

Physical ability to walk, climb, kneel, and crawl

Willingness to travel as we expand into our Wyoming market

A valid drivers license and a clean driving record

Tech-savviness (well train you on the tools you need!)
