Job Description
This position will carry out the entering of client purchase orders, independent contractor profiles, and other TSS related information into a software system.
- Enter client purchase orders
- Create contractor profiles
- Upload safety tickets and verify validity
- Accountable for accurate and timely data input.
- Contact contractors and assist them in logging into the software system
- Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- May be asked to act as backup for reception or other administrative areas when required.
- May be assigned and coordinate special or ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
Must be competent with computerMust be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel & Outlook).Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.Ability to work well with others & independently.Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.Works well under pressure.Extended hours and shift work may be required from time to time.Ensures full compliance with the company's Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.Physical Demands of the Job :
