We're growing fast and to support our expanding sales team, we're hiring a Sales Apprentice to partner closely with one of our HVAC Sales Experts . This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the home energy sales process from a seasoned professional with a clear path toward becoming a Sales Expert yourself in the next 2–5 years.

Compensation : $58,000-65,000 based on experience and qualification for the role.

About the Role

As a Sales Apprentice , you'll be paired with a specific HVAC Sales Expert and work side-by-side to deliver an excellent customer experience. You'll assist with site visits, collect critical data, help prepare proposals, and manage documentation ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, accurate, and professional.

This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone organized, driven, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the HVAC sales craft from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Field & Customer Support :

Accompany your assigned Sales Rep to homeowner site visits across Greater Boston.

Ensure all necessary documentation and project information are organized and handed off to the delivery team after a deal is signed.

Gain firsthand exposure to the heat pump sales process from customer education through closing.
