Radiographic Testing Application of military and industrial standards in inspection work Handling and operation of inspection equipment under safety guidelines
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Technician to perform inspections on naval vessel components and other critical systems. This position provides the opportunity to work in a mission-critical defense manufacturing environment and contribute to national security initiatives while supporting a wide range of customers, including NASA and local manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform NDT / NDE methods to support Advex operations and external customers.
- Conduct inspections in compliance with Military Standards, NAVSEA, ASME, AWS, and other applicable codes / standards.
- Perform occasional off-shift and weekend work as needed.
- Safely lift, carry, and transport heavy equipment and materials.
- Work in physically demanding conditions requiring bending, climbing, stretching, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
