Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics roles within a technology company or consulting firm

Experience in people leadership, including coaching and mentoring

Strong business acumen and executive presence to influence stakeholders

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Superior analytics and Excel skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
