We are seeking a highly professional and experienced individual to join our distribution team as a Case Selector / Order Picker. This essential position is responsible for the precise and efficient selection and preparation of inventory, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from warehouse to customer.

The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in operating material handling equipment and maintain rigorous standards of safety and accuracy within a high-volume logistics environment.

Primary Responsibilities

The Case Picker will execute core distribution functions, directly contributing to organizational efficiency and inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Accurate Order Fulfillment
• Equipment Operation : Safely and proficiently operating electric pallet jacks / rider jacks and / or forklifts
• Inventory Accuracy
• Preparation & Staging
• Safety and Compliance
• Physical Demands : Ability to lift 50 pounds
