Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and campaigns. Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of sales experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. Strong client-first mindset and ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a strong team player. $ 14 / hour base pay + weekly commissions (On-target earnings : $1K-1.2K weekly) Weekly pay.
