Base pay range
$42,000.00 / yr - $84,000.00 / yr
SUMMARY : The Education Manager will manage Junior Achievement (JA) programs with particular emphasis on volunteer recruiting, training, placement, support, and recognition. The Education Manager will facilitate volunteer and teacher activities, uphold quality standards for the organization, assure adherence to program models and program expansion, and develop and maintain good educator relationships at all levels. The Education Manager may also assist with grant administration, fundraising, and special events.

QUALIFICATIONS : Required
Experience, Skills or Experience :
oExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and public settings
oBachelors Degree preferred
oDriver's license, as well as reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience, Skills or Experience :
oAt least 2 years' experience in non-profit sector
oExperience with grant writing or grant administration
oBachelor's degree in related field
oBilingual (English and Spanish)

oContinually required to talk or hear
oFrequently required to sit and walk
oOccasionally required to reach with hands and arms,
oOccasionally required to bend, lift, or climb, lift and carry light weights (25-50 pounds)
