Akkodis is seeking an Press Operator / Field Service Technician for a 12 Months contract position with a client located in Philadelphia, PA 19136. Ideally looking for applicants who can apply knowledge of electrophotography within the printing industry comes as a plus.

Duration : 12 Months

Pay Range : $28.53 / hr on W2 - $37.35 / hr on W2 (without benefits) ,the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors

Provide onsite technical service for commercial and industrial digital printing presses. Utilize electromechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Offer input on operational methods and programs impacting business management strategy in the assigned geographic area. Apply knowledge of electrophotography within the printing industry. Candidate will be expected to participate in onsite training for customers that will achieve goals and objectives set by the business to support growth.

Provide field technical service for commercial printing presses and color copiers. Utilize electromechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Qualifications :

• Proven experience in field technical service for commercial printing presses or color copiers.
• Strong electromechanical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs used for hardware interfacing.
