Job Summary :

The Account Transfer (ACATS) Specialist will support the processing of asset transfers between financial institutions while delivering exceptional service to internal clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high-volume service calls, and familiarity with brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle high-volume inbound service calls related to account transfers and client inquiries.
• Support the ACATS team in processing asset transfers between contra firms.
• Perform quality control on client paperwork from branch offices before submission to financial institutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, branch staff, and external institutions to ensure transfer accuracy and timeliness.
• Research and resolve transfer discrepancies or issues with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of ACATS processes and financial account types.
• Learn and adapt to multiple systems and reference materials quickly to resolve client concerns.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
