A premier real estate company is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic temporary Member Services Coordinator to join their team for a four-month hybrid assignment. This is more than just a support role—it's an opportunity to be at the heart of the Member Services Team, driving a top-notch experience for valued members. The Coordinator will work closely with department leaders, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and every detail is flawlessly executed. With the flexibility of hybrid work and a competitive pay rate of $18-20 / hr, this role is perfect for someone eager to make an impact in the real estate industry! Key Responsibilities of the Member Services Coordinator :

  • Be the first point of contact for members, handling inquiries via phone and email with a focus on excellence and professionalism.
  • Partner with the manager on a variety of tasks and special projects, contributing valuable support and insight.
  • Lead the charge in onboarding new commercial brokers, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the company’s databases.
  • Conduct thorough audits of licensee records, maintaining compliance and accuracy across all data.
  • Keep the contact database up-to-date, guaranteeing that member information is always current and relevant.
  • Review and enhance new listing feeds for luxuryportfolio.com, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and consistency.

Qualifications of the Member Services Coordinator :

  • A High School diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred for those looking to further distinguish themselves.
  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional proofreading skills are a must!
  • Experience in the luxury brand or real estate industry will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease, maintaining impeccable organization and focus on detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with Final Cut Pro; video editing skills are a big plus!
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings, adept at meeting deadlines and managing shifting priorities with grace.
  • Demonstrates integrity and discretion, especially when working with confidential member information.
  • Presents a polished, professional appearance and demeanor, with the confidence to interact at all levels within the organization.
  • A creative problem-solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations.
