About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Easton, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a strong understanding of pharmacy operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting with prescription processing, managing patient information, and ensuring efficient pharmacy workflow.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the accurate processing of prescriptions.
- Accurately enter and update patient information within the pharmacy system.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
- Restock and organize pharmacy inventory.
- Contact physician's offices to obtain necessary documentation for prescription processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
