Home Weekly

FL, GA, AL, MS AND LA

Responsibilities

  • Deliver to customers within FL, GA, AL, MS and LA on a weekly home basis.
  • Haul 53' tractor trailer freight with 100% touch freight and live unload at stores; box by box with rollers.
  • Operate a dedicated route across multiple stops, with some night driving and early-morning starts depending on deliveries.
  • Unloading is 100% hand unload; freight is live unloaded at stores.
  • Backhaul and unload bonuses : Backhaul $50.00; Unload $230.00.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated weekly earnings : $1,400-$1,800 (average $1,400 with potential up to $1,800).
  • Freight : 100% touch freight; live unload at stores.
  • Experience-based pay progression : 3-11 months 0.46 cpm, 12 months 0.47 cpm, 24 months 0.48 cpm, 36 months 0.49 cpm, 48 months 0.50 cpm, 60 months 0.51 cpm, 72 months 0.52 cpm, 84 months 0.53 cpm, 96 months 0.54 cpm, 108 months 0.55 cpm, 120 months 0.56 cpm.
  • Some top drivers earn around $1,800 weekly.
  • Dispatched routes within a 500-mile radius of the Marianna, FL distribution center.

    • Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • 3 months of 53' tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years (excluding school).
  • No accidents or incidents within the past year.
  • Must be able to unload freight (100% hand unload).

  • Freight : 100% touch freight, live unload at stores, box by box with rollers.
  • Our fleet includes Internationals, Freightliners and Kenworths.
  • Major Carrier - W2 with benefits available; nationwide fleet.
