Bland Landscaping Company is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Rover. This position requires a valid driver's license as well as a clean driving record. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a solid work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to work independently, staying on task until completion.

Job Responsibilities (not limited to) :

• Conduct pre-emergent and post-emergent spray applications out of a 200-gallon tank.
• Police job sites for trash and debris removal to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Engage in effective communication with management regarding any issues with job sites or work produced, such as damaged plant material, excessive weeds, or significant trash presence.
• Safe Operation of all assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
