An established, multidisciplinary engineering and design firm with a strong regional presence is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing Construction Management group . What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction administration and oversight projects for public and private clients.

Supervise, mentor, and support a team of engineers and technicians performing inspections, documentation, and quality control.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and public agencies—providing clear updates and proactive problem-solving.

Review contracts, proposals, and project risks; ensure compliance with all applicable specifications and standards.

Represent the company professionally at client meetings, community presentations, and industry events.

Foster an environment of collaboration, mentorship, and growth across your team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management , Civil Engineering , or a related field (required).

Ohio PE license (required) and the ability to become prequalified as a CE-2 with ODOT (preferred).

10+ years of experience managing construction or civil projects; 7+ years in a leadership role preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Experience with both horizontal and vertical construction projects is a plus.
