Controller

We are seeking a Plant Controller to lead all accounting and financial functions for a manufacturing site. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, internal controls, and audit management. The Controller will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive financial performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and support strategic planning.

Must haves :

10 years of experience in Account / Finance
10 years of experience with GAAP
Experience with revenue recognition and EACs

Key responsibilities include :

Overseeing general and cost accounting, financial reporting, and compliance

Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with company goals

Supporting operational decisions through financial analysis and business partnering

Ensuring strong internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

Leading audits, capital planning, and ERP-related financial activities

Participating in strategic initiatives including acquisitions and long-range planning

This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
