The team is currently about 20 employees, but the company is prepared for rapid growth in 2024.

LUSK is seeking a senior estimator with 10-15 years of commercial construction estimating experience for projects including :

  • multi-family, education, healthcare, corporate, religious, and historical renovation.
  • The candidate will train under another estimator for a year, but should be comfortable being the lead estimator on staff.
  • Candidates should be comfortable doing their own conceptual estimates from schematics designs and working with trade contractors to build more detailed estimates.
  • Candidates are welcome to use any estimating software they prefer.
