Position Summary

The Lean Engineer supports the organization's lean transformation by driving process improvement initiatives across Heavy Civil, Underground, Marine and industrial construction projects and office functions. This role collaborates with teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of lean thinking.
