Position Overview
Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives incorporating AI-powered solutions across investment management functions. Drive operational integration from initial strategy through implementation across Portfolio Management, Trade Operations, Compliance, and Data Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead diverse digital transformation teams implementing AI solutions across investment management operations
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define target state architecture and processes
- Manage and mentor Product Analysts to enhance digital products and services
- Review and validate solution designs ensuring compliance with business needs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate on process optimization and modernization initiatives
- Communicate complex topics effectively to C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders
