Hiring Director of Land Development - Civil Engineering

Candidate Must have PE.

This position is not limited to Tampa, FL, It's also available in below locations :

Bonita Springs, Florida / Independence, Ohio / Orlando, Florida / Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania / Salisbury, Maryland.

Description :

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and / or SFD).

Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
