Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson’s CoverMyMeds business segment, is at the forefront of digital healthcare advancement. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Operations team! The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will primarily support day-to-day operations with a focus on managing data ingestion pipelines and EDI file transfers to ensure successful file transferring and loading into our system. The BSA investigates and troubleshoots any data file failures, and works between our external clients and internal engineering teams to implement business solutions.

  • Our preferred candidate will reside in Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working with occasional in-office support for presence for key meetings.
  • At this time, we are not able to offer sponsorship for employment visas. This includes individuals currently on F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, or any other visa status that would require future sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Essential Functions / Job Duties

  • Meet with clients to discuss their data interchange needs
  • Debug / troubleshoot the data pipeline failures to rule out file issues
  • Set up Databricks workflows and triggers using already built datapipelines
  • Execute adhoc data pipelines and perform validations using basic SQL or pre-built QA scripts
  • Assist in setup and maintenance for inbound and outbound SFTP accounts
  • Manage ongoing file transfer processes including, PGP encryption / decryption setup, outbound file feed automation, management of SSH & PGP keys and inbound file feed automation with clients and partners
  • Work directly with Implementation and Client Success teams on client requests
  • Anaylze business systems, networking configurations, and data storage facilities
  • Build customized data interchange systems for cross-company or department use
  • Gather user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system, and adjust and customize the system based on user feedback
  • Deploy completed systems and providing maintenance support
  • Train end-users on the proper use of the system
  • Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management
  • Position Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field, or related experience, and typically requires 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience managing data ingestion pipelines
  • Basic experience in SQL
  • Experience in a Business Operations, Client Success, or similar organization with proven ability to communicate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, or executive leadership
  • Experience with JIRA (or similar ticketing systems)
  • Ability to handle sensitive / confidential information
  • Demonstrated effective communication and listening skills, with the ability to efficiently problem solve novel situations by providing creative solutions
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with pharmacy, healthcare, or financial industries
  • Experience with Tableau or other database visualization software
  • Experience with EDI software (GoAnywhere, MOVEit, GlobalScape, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Databricks or any other ETL Cloud tools in managing triggers
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Salesforce experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.     Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $66,000 - $110,000
