Dialysis Registered Nurse (PRN)

Description

Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight as needed, provide nursing care, training, and home support as needed , work collaboratively with team members, and skilled nursing home facility representatives; collect and record relevant patient health data (EMR), and develop patient care plans.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• BS / AA / diploma in nursing
• 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification; and
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required
• This is a safety sensitive position

Compensation

Salary Range : $32.00 - $55.00 per hour.
