Imagination ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Toms River, NJ and surrounding Ocean County areas (Lakewood, Brick, Jackson, Beachwood) . Join our clinician-led ABA therapy agency and provide meaningful support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs.

Compensation

BT Rate : $22–$25 / hour

RBT Rate (if certified) : $24–$28 / hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy sessions in-home or community settings

Follow treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Collect data and document client progress accurately

Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive session environment

Communicate clearly with families and supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)

Experience working with children or ABA therapy preferred

RBT certification a plus (but not required)

Reliable transportation to local client homes

Ability to pass state and federal background checks
