Position Summary We are seeking a Multimedia Designer with strong video editing expertise to create compelling marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate has video as their core strength, supported by a solid foundation in graphic design for digital and presentation assets. This role is about telling the story of our program to senior military leaders, through professional, engaging media.

Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional pieces, training content, and event highlights.

Develop supporting marketing materials such as presentations, infographics, and digital graphics.

Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and communications staff to turn technical concepts into clear, engaging media.

Ensure a consistent look and feel across all multimedia products.

Manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Qualifications Proven experience in video editing and production (portfolio required).

Proficiency in at least one accessible, professional-grade video editing platform (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Experience creating marketing-focused visuals and digital content.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Desired Qualifications Familiarity with Figma for design and collaboration.

Experience supporting technology, defense, or aerospace programs.

Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation.

Awareness of current design and digital media trends.
