We primarily defend personal-injury claims and lawsuits on behalf of large, self-insured clients, handling everything from trucking accidents and wrongful death claims to premises-liability claims. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, mediations, and depositions. This is a permanent, full-time position that will require you to represent our clients in a wide range of civil litigation disputes. You will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including conducting research, managing litigation cases from inception through trial, and providing legal counsel to our clients.

Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using both online and print legal research tools.
• Prepare and conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients on a variety of civil litigation matters, including insurance disputes and personal injury claims.
• Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client\'s specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with legal team to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to each case.
