User Experience Designer

A company is looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Design and refine landing pages to maximize user engagement and conversion rates across diverse international markets

Collaborate with the team to analyze landing page performance metrics and iterate designs based on A / B testing results

Maintain and leverage an established design system in Figma to ensure consistency across all landing page templates

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in UX / UI design, with a focus on landing page optimization

Proficiency in Figma for creating designs and prototypes

Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and conversion rate optimization

Experience with A / B testing and applying results to improve design outcomes

Ability to adapt designs for global markets and multilingual content
