Senior Learning & Development Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Edina, MN or Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Develop and update training materials to support CSS colleagues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations. Facilitate and lead training activities by determining the best delivery methods, engaging key stakeholders, and delivering effective training to the CSS team. We will count on you to :

• Develop and update training materials to support the education and development of CSS colleagues.
• Collaborate with other departments to support change initiatives, process improvements, and system rollouts.
• Facilitate and lead key training activities, including selecting delivery models and engaging stakeholders for effective training implementation.
• Deliver training sessions to CSS team members, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer.
• Support the manager in team meetings by sharing ideas, knowledge, and solutions while fostering strong working relationships.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and improve the quality of services provided.
