Structured Mortgage Finance PM II

Responsible for the structuring, negotiating, and documenting of large, structured mortgage finance transactions to industry leading participants. Key Responsibilities and Duties :

Responsible for the structuring and negotiating of structured finance solutions ranging in size from $100MM - $1B.

Negotiate and finalize facility documentation for all transactions requiring approval at EverBank's various Credit Committees.

Perform on going credit analysis and comprehensive reviews on portfolio.

Analyze financial and collateral data with the goal of proactively risk rating and managing portfolio exposure.

Pay Range $174,000 - $220,000
