What to Expect

Collaborate with the Sales Team to design and deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions

Develop, design, and evaluate system solutions to meet customer requirements

Generate equipment lists and create detailed system design descriptions, including diagrams

Participate in proposal reviews and contract negotiations with customers

Coordinate with various functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies

What is Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, engineering, solutions architecture, or a related field

Strong general knowledge of Body Worn Cameras and License Plate Readers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences

Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

4+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or public safety

Willingness to think creatively and challenge the status quo

Detail-oriented with a focus on flawless execution

Experience managing projects that require coordination across multiple teams

Ability to travel 25-50% domestically
