Sr. Merchandising Manager

Robert Half has partnered with a production / manufacturing company on their search for a Sr. Merchandising Manager. This candidate will lead the merchandising team to develop and implement strategies that align with current business goals. In this role, you will also negotiate pricing and payment terms, manage product assortments, oversee product lifecycle, maintain customer relationships, review margin projections, analyze sales data, identify sales leads, and foster a culture of innovation, collaborate, and accountability within the team. The ideal Sr. Merchandising Manager for this role will have the ability to optimize pricing and inventory and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
• Develop modeling methods that will increase profitability
• Forecast revenue and market share
• Identify marketing strategies to increase profits
• Oversee product movement
• Prepare pricing analysis reports for management
• Create strategic pricing tools
• Develop and create pricing structures
• Build strong vendor relationships

Requirements
