Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering sessions and document comprehensive project requirements

Determine overall solution design, including Salesforce components and third-party tools

Guide customers through design reviews and participate in training sessions for project success

Required Qualifications

Deep domain expertise in pharmaceutical grants management or healthcare compliance

3-5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture within life sciences or pharma organizations

5+ years of experience documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement

Salesforce Platform App Builder certification and Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification

Experience leading teams through full Salesforce project lifecycles
