Rainier Industries is a local manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We are looking for an Entry Level Print Operator to join our team.

Print Operators operate large format digital printers and are responsible for the set-up of jobs and pre-production print check to ensure proper machine set-up, ink viscosity, color, and print quality.

In this role you will be expected to adapt to varying project scopes, volumes and difficulties. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

The ideal candidate will have / be :

• Experience in large format digital printing is helpful.
• Mechanical Aptitude and ability to analyze and troubleshoot.
• Computer literacy and be comfortable using a variety of software, including the ability to navigate digital tools, manage files, and communicate via email and other platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality & ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team to meet production schedules.
• Communicate and understand directions both verbally and written in English.
• Confident mathematic skills and measurements.

Schedule :

Monday – Friday, 10 : 00pm-6 : 00am (paid 30-minute lunch). Training is for one week and can be done on day shift (6am – 2 : 30pm) or early swing shift (12 : 00pm-8 : 30pm).
