Software Developer

A company is looking for a Software Developer to join their Plant Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Translate engineering documentation into accurate plant simulation models

Support the design, testing, and maintenance of control room simulators and related software projects

Identify, document, and troubleshoot software defects using issue tracking tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field

Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in modeling or simulator development

Proficiency with Fortran, C++, and / or Python

Experience with GSE simulation software and thermal hydraulic system codes preferred

Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 regulations
