Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to assist customers with packaging machinery parts inquiries, order processing, and general support. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and ERP system proficiency . The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and have a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support for packaging machinery parts inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist customers in identifying and ordering correct parts for their equipment.
• Process parts orders accurately while maintaining inventory records.
• Learn and develop expertise in VFFS machines, rotary fillers, and stick pack systems .
• Utilize ERP software to track customer interactions and order details.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient parts operations.
