Responsibilities Work on a MedSurg / Cardiac Telemetry floor within a hospital setting Day shift : 3x12-hour shifts (07 : 00–19 : 30) Weekend and holiday shifts required Call is not required Charting is done using Cerner Powerchart, and experience with Cerner is required May float within the hospital or to affiliated hospitals as needed based on volume or census First-time travelers are accepted Pre-assignment modules (up to 8 hours) must be completed within 1 week of signing Travelers must exhibit the highest standards of professional conduct; unprofessional behavior or call-offs may result in contract termination Must be willing to work at least one holiday if requesting time off during the holiday period Requirements Active MI RN license or willingness to participate in licensure process At least 1 year of RN experience required Telemetry experience strongly preferred Cerner Powerchart experience required Must live at least 50 miles from the facility Return staff must be gone 3 years before being eligible as a traveler Able to complete all required certifications prior to start (pending certs accepted) Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-623830.
