Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our AM shift to ensure the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment. This role is vital in maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document routine lubrication of production machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts.
• Replace faulty electrical parts such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Replace and rewire electrical motors and control systems up to 480 VAC.
• Start equipment to test their performance.
• Set up and operate drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
• Test and repair support equipment such as grinders, thermal control units, and hand tools.
• Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Apply basic hydraulic knowledge.
• Perform MIG welding.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $88000.00 / yr.
