Massachusetts Licensed Clinical QA Coordinator

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of peer review reports.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and related documents

Ensure compliance with client instructions, regulatory guidelines, and federal / state mandates

Assist in the resolution of client complaints and quality assurance issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations

Ability to work independently and prioritize work activities efficiently
