Job description :
- Provide assistance via phone, email or chat
- Deliver technical support for the streaming company
- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support
- Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks e.g., gathering feedback or late payment calls and similar
Requirements :
Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experienceFluency in Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2)Administrative and technical knowledgeOutstanding communication skills and good listenerMinimum 6 months of experience in customer serviceWillingness to perform soft selling and upsellingAvailability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between : Mon-Fri 8 : 00-18 : 00Nice to have :
