Job Summary

The primary purpose of the role is to identify trends and investigate deductions for assigned customers to reduce leakage. The secondary purpose is to manage pricing accuracy and resolve price exceptions so orders can be processed timely and billed accurately.

Essential Functions

• Maintain and update pricing in ERP.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve pricing issues on purchase orders.
• Ensure timely execution of promotional pricing.
• Investigate and reduce account leakage for assigned accounts.
• Work cross-functionally to identify trends and improve deduction processes.
• Process customer debits / credits and manage cash-on-account balances.
• Follow up on invalid deductions and obtain supporting documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
