Requirements  Genesis Medical Center Silvis is looking for an Anesthesiologist to fill their needSchedule : On Call pager : 24 hours - OB call and general~15 shifts per month needed might be grouped together or PRN sporadicStart Date : ASAP Details : Hospital Only - InpatientServices offered in the practice : OB general surgery limited Ortho limited Urology plastic surgery and GI.Telehealth : NoMedical Imaging : NoLab : NoClinic Provider Daily Volume : Approx 60 per week. Days can vary from 6-20EMR : CernerJob Responsibilities : Provide anesthesia services to patients. Needs to be able to do OB general surgery limited Ortho limited Urology plastic surgery and GI. Bill Rates Needed for Submission : Malpractice must be included in the ratesOrientation24 Hour On CallHoliday 24 Hour On CallCall BackHoliday Call BackConversion fee 25k rate capTravel Reimbursement : Flights - 750 / round trip cap to include all taxes and fees. No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and feesRental Car - 55 / day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV / upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weatherMileage - IRS Standard Rate
