- Perform preventive maintenance & service inspections on a variety of transport refrigeration units (TRU) & auxiliary power units (APU) & heater equipment
- Perform diagnostic, repair work on mobile refrigeration equipment, auxiliary power units & heater equipment
- Follow established technical & administrative processes
- Complete repair orders & parts usage forms
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members & customers
- Remain current on technical & regulation requirements
- Thermo King University Certi-Tech certification (to be completed within one year) and maintained
- EPA 608 & 609 certifications (to be completed within one year)
- On Call duties rotation once skill level and training requirements have been met
