• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS needed
• Approximately 20 patients per day, all adult
• Will consider FM
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

From $120.00 to $145.00 Hourly
