Essential Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :

• Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

• Possesses comfort with a high degree of oversight & accountability for quality & efficiency of work product
• Interacts professionally and timely in support of Commercial Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, Teams, phone, and in-person
• Ability to perform functions of the role within an IMA office at least 4 days per week
• Monitors and prioritizes workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail
• Assists Service Teams by completing tasks and activities assigned through Epic directly linked to client-facing work products in the Center of Excellence. Help cover Service Team Desks during sabbaticals and extended leaves
• Auto ID Cards, Premium & Loss Summary Creation and Population, Endorsement Processing and Invoicing, Experience Mod / Risk Snapshot Ordering, MVR's, Policy Quick Checks, Population of Individual Loss Run Data, Renewal Applications, Premium Allocations, and Audits
• Performs special projects as assigned
